Parish Registration

Registering in The Holy Name of Jesus is an important first step to becoming an active member in our local church community. Registration provides you with an opportunity to be a recognized member of the universal Catholic Church in our corner of the world! By registering, you receive tangible benefits that extend beyond participation at weekly Mass.

Please note:  Parish and Diocesan leadership will not share your registration information with governmental or law enforcement agencies. The registration process is completely confidential.

Registering in the parish provides an opportunity to participate in and become an established member of The Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Community. Registered parishioners are also offered numerous opportunities to connect with other Catholics, serve in ministry, and grow in love of God and neighbor.

Registered parishioners often feel less alone and more supported in times of joy and in times of sorrow. From community events and life's milestone moments to groups that provide compassionate support in times of need, parishioners who register find themselves surrounded by excellent role models who help them navigate the complexities of life. In times of difficulty, a parish family like Holy Name of Jesus can offer crucial material and spiritual assistance.  

- Provides Proof of Sacramental Records
Registering provides a clear and straightforward way to keep track of the Sacraments you have received at Holy Name of Jesus (Baptism, First Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage). Registering safeguards this important information; and, can provide proof of eligibility to serve as Catholic sponsors or godparents for relatives' baptisms. Since we are connected to the Diocesan census, proof of sacramental participation can easily be passed from one parish to the next if you move, too!

Registering in the parish opens up the opportunity to help family members. For example, registration could provide a credit or subsidy that can be used for your children's enrollment in our parochial schools,like Sacred Heart Academy or Aquinas High School. This could reduce the cost of tuition while providing your children with the educational and spiritual advantages that come with attending a Catholic school.
