I want to thank every family at Holy Name of Jesus for your support, your flexibility with changes, and your faithful participation. It is because of your encouragement and your cooperation that I am happy to share 2 GOOD and IMPORTANT changes to our Mass Schedule:
First, we are adding MORE Outdoor Masses and time for Confessions. But before I share those details, I want to share that you NO LONGER need to reserve your seats to attend Mass. Just come EARLY.
We will open seating 30 minutes before the Mass, and seating will be first come, first serve.
Due to public health restrictions, each Mass is limited to 100 persons in attendance and masks are required. Those who arrive after we reach the 100-person limit will be asked to return for the next Mass.
For now, Saturday and Sunday Mass Times REMAIN the SAME so we can continue to celebrate sacraments and weddings during the cooler hours of the day.
Starting the week of August 23rd, we are adding DAILY MASSES and more time for Confessions at our Columbia St location, using the covered outdoor patio.
Please click on the links at the end of this article for the new schedules.
It is important to remember that these in-person options are for those who are HEALTHY and ready to attend Mass. If you are over 65 years old, or have a compromised health condition; or, if you live with others in either of these categories, I highly encourage you to worship with us online. Your health and safety is important to me.
For those of you worshipping with us from home, please know that the livestream Mass schedule REMAINS the SAME… the livestream schedule has NOT changed.
Again, THANK YOU for working with our parish staff.
Your cooperation, encouragement, and prayerful support make possible all of our efforts to share the Gospel in word and in deed.
May God bless you and keep you safe as together, we glorify Christ’s Holy Name,
Fr. Erik Esparza
