How do I baptize my infant/children?
We offer Rite of Baptism for all children from birth through 6 years old typically
on the First Saturday of the month at the Olive Avenue location.We offer Baptism Preparation Classes for parents and godparents on the Third Wednesday evening of the month on zoom. PRE-REGISTRATION is REQUIRED.
To baptize your child, please:
1) submit a completed Baptism Request Form to the parish office; or email Deacon Eric Vilchis - evilchis@sbdiocese.org or Maggie Rodriguez - mmoraza@sbdiocese.org
Registration Forms are below for Baptism and for Baptism Class Only
2) include the other paperwork requested on the form;
3) payment for the baptism class can be made by Credit Card.

Register now, we close registrations one week prior to the class date.

CLASS for a Baptism at another parish
I am a parent or godparent who needs to attend a class for a Baptism at another parish.
Can I attend the class at The Holy Name of Jesus?
YES! Please submit a completed "Baptism Class Only" form to the parish office with the fee. Baptism classes fill quickly... class registration closes 1 week prior to the class date. -
